Program Assistant Director
The Arc of Tempe is a non-profit organization that specializes in creating Recreation and Leisure opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities based in Tempe, Arizona.
The Arc of Tempe is currently looking for an outgoing, inspiring, forward thinking, and accepting person to become our new Assistant Director. The position entails responsibilities such as being a part of our program everyday that we are open, addressing and creating constructive resolutions to participant behaviors and encouraging positive environments for all that enter The Arc of Tempe.
We are looking for an adult with at least two years of professional experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities and are interested in working with this population. We also are looking for a person who can give The Arc at least a one year commitment.

Executive Director
