Phoenix Roadrunners Hockey game:
On November 21st we are headed to see some great hockey action. The RSVP list is now on the window at the ARC. Sign up and bring your money by Wednesday November 19th.
New RSVP list Policy
From now on it will be mandatory that participants pay for a prepaid RSVP activity in full when they sign up. If by chance someone cannot attend the activity after paying, a refund will only be given if someone else takes his or her place and pays.
In the past it has been the procedure to pay for the activity the day of, but the Arc has lost money because participants sign up for activities, and then either cancel or don't show up. This causes a ticket that has already been bought to go to waste.
So, Remember, if you want to sign up for a RSVP activity you must pay when you sign your name to reserve a spot.
Scholarship Applications for 2009:
Scholarships for 2009 period 1 are now available. You can ask Aaron or Ryan about it or download the application online. Applications are due by November 30th.
