In Memory of Rita

The outpouring of kindness in the wake of the loss of our dear friend, Rita Garvey, shows just how much Rita and her family have meant to The Arc of Tempe and to the community.
On behalf of Rita's family,  The Arc of Tempe thanks all who have contributed.
Because of these donations and requests to make donations in Rita's name, we have established the Rita Garvey Memorium as a way for those whose lives Rita touched to support the program she loved and was such a special part of for so long.

Are you ready for the easiest giving you'll ever do?
 It's Basha's Shop & Give time!
It's easy, just let the cashier know at checkout that you want to link your Basha's Thank You Card to The Arc of Tempe, and Basha's will give 1 percent of your purchases to The Arc. The Shop & Give program could earn The Arc as much as $5,000!
The program runs now through March 31, 2009. 
To be a part of Basha's Shop & Give, you simply tell the cashier our group id number,  27241, and viola! You'll be shopping and giving at the same time!
The Thank You card must be re-dedicated each year, so even if you participated last year, remember to let the cashier know you'd like to link it again now!
